Bacon with a delicious difference that cooks into full, fleshy strips. Prepared with a mixture of cane sugar, maple sugar and salt that tenderize the meat, for a delicious flavor with no nitrates or nitrites added. Like our dry-cured bacon, this bacon is slow smoked over applewood for a lightly sweet and smoky finish. Each package contains 10-12 strips of bacon and serves 3-4.
