Dry-Aged Cowboy Steak
An extra thick rib-eye that comes with the bone on, frenched for presentation. This is a steak you can really sink your teeth into. Like all our center-cut steaks, the "cowboy" is dry-aged for at least 21 days to give it a deeper, meatier flavor with a smooth and buttery texture. Serves up to 2 people or 1 hungry cowboy.
