Cut from the center section of the rib rack, considered by many the most tender steak of them all. Our dry-aged rib-eyes are noted for their rich marbling and the buttery, full-bodied flavor delivered to the palate. Package of 12 oz. steaks serves 2-3. Package of 16 oz" steaks serves 2-4.
